I’m moving to New York and registering to vote and my phone is been blowing up with a lot of people saying the same thing….. big win for Trump as Joey Rotten gasps for air as his polls sink below the sea

How is it a "big win for trump"?
It energizes the MAQA yahoo base but I'm not sure it plays well with moderate/independent voters in swing states and they're the ones most likely to decide this election.

Yep.
It’s far from over but it has to be a little harder for a few to pull a lever for a convicted felon. It also should lower his innocence profile in the other cases that don’t make it trial.

You can join the other four protesters outside the court house.

Yep. This outcome was already a done deal. When I saw the jury instructions I knew the fix was in.

.
Not really. I agree its not a big win for Trump, but not a big loss either. What most of the public thats not suffering from TDS:
-Payments happened 2016 for an affair that allegedly happened in 2006, but they waited until 2024, before the electiom, to bring to trial, which looks political (esp to the avg voter). Most people realize that in NYC that was 90% ballpark Biden voters could get Trump convicted of basically anything that looks political. It could actually help Trump make the case of lawfare against him, as this is likely the only criminal case to go to trial before the election.
-Hid the payment of hush money to hide an affair in order to avoid embarrassment. To most people that sounds like about sex & not much of a crime.
-The feds didn’t charge him because they saw no crime.
-Majority of voters don’t understand the difference between civil & criminal and the whole liable vs guilty. 3 separate NYC cases, one after the other, where Trump was found ‘guilty’. Like the other 2 NYC cases that didn’t appear to hurt Trump in the polls (he’s gone up since then), this one will be seen as another NYC case going after Trumo about $$$.

Prosecution literally focused on the evidence that payment was election driven. (Since you obviously didn’t follow the trial.
Embarrassment.
If he wanted to avoid embarrassment he’d work on the hair, use less makeup, and quit talking.

So the prosecution admitted that the case was about politics by focusing on the election.
Hardly anyone outside political news junkies followed the trial. The biggest clickbait that got the most attention was Daniel’s tawdry details about the sex. Most outside the left will see it as before the 2016 election, hush money to cover up an alleged 2006 affair/bimbo eruption, brought to trial right before the 2024 election. A case all about politics & sex before an election. Stop the presses!
Your points appeal to the left. That’s not where Biden needs the help.

We don’t have criminal campaign laws?
He falsified records to win help win an election. Or, in his vernacular, “steal an election”.
The fact it also helped to confirm his philandering hurts him politically.
That’s all 100% on him.
The victim/sympathy card he’s playing also won’t help him politically as it cuts into his strong leader mythology.
Is it enough to lose the election? I’m not sure. But it doesn’t help him.

Actually lawfare is not good for the county
Dems don’t care about the country though, most of them today don’t think much of the USA

I’m not a Dem. Similar to the R’s, too many of them care only about themselves rather than community.
Lawfare is a term used by losers when legal matters involving politics don’t go their way. Welcome to a binary system.
Trump is the king of lawfare.

lol. I’ve been on the farm just 5 years. I’ve been to Puerto Rico and I’m a bit of a geography and history nerd. I spent summers in Seattle as a kid and traveled around the west coast and mountain states playing D1 golf and as a professional.
Not a banana republic was was seen here now or today. The closest you get is Idaho which is the Florida of the northwest.

The feds didn’t charge him because they saw no crime.

no "allegedly" about it - it happened and one of Trump's dumbest moves in a trial full of dumb moves was to deny that it happend; nobody on either side believes for a second that it didn't happen. What else is he lying about?
You hitch your wagon to a liar and lying becones contagious - Trump is not capable of feeling embarrassment or shame, it the secret to his success.
He clearly violated a State law so he was charged by the State of NY. The Feds have much bigger fish of his to fry.
Unfortunately for the Donald's lying ass, that doesn't apply to a highly educated jury having two lawyers among its members
This thing was a slam dunk in yo face with no chance of acquital and a small chance of a hung jury and an even smaller chance of hanging it six times.
Now if only SCOTUS will seal his fate by granting POTUS immunity for actions taken while President....the day after which will be Bye Bye Mar a Lago and Hello Guantanamo where Trump Tower will refer to the thing at the corner of the prison yard with a machine gun on it...

I drove cross country a long time ago, I thought Idaho was spectacular…. Crossing over into Washington state was a bit depressing but Seattle more than made up for it
Visited Puerto Rico did ya…. Try to live here for a year ….
