Why are Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia and Arizona all claiming they wont have results on election night like we have had prior to the 2020 election?

Why only battleground states?

Prior to having technology aided election we still managed to get this done by hand counting. Now with technology that can do that in seconds we have to wait days?

Thats a very good question Bobette - why were only certain States results challenged by The Loser of 2020? Your side wants a hand count and they will get it - unlike how you sunk your own border bill because it gave you what you wanted.

1) support trump
2) support harris
3) don’t like either and would prefer someone else be President

More people would choose #3 than either of the other two.

The majority of Americans don’t want trump to be POTUS just as the majority of Americans don’t want harris to be POTUS.

If Trump isnt doing that in the 1st month of his presidency then he needs to be gone as well. I want 80% les government at the federal level. I dont want them stealing my money and giving it to shitbags in other countries.

This will be my 9th Presidential election, and it will be the 6th time I've voted against someone rather than voting for someone. Maybe I'm more cynical, I've tended not to like a lot of candidates.

This ruling, which is based solely on state law, runs counter to a decision by the Fifth Circuit, which ruled that all ballots have to arrive by election day and state law cannot preempt the Constitution in that regard. Just throwing in my two cents as someone who actually worked counting absentee ballots in the major battle ground state of Montana. For the record I did this going back to W's elections as well as Obamas. We would get sequestered early on election day and then couldn't start counting ballots until that happened. So at like 10am or something, it has been years now so I don't recall the exact time, we would lock the doors and start counting. We used a machine that counted ballots. If there was any question on a ballot, like two ovals marked on the same race or something, it had to be reviewed by a group of mixed party people. If they couldn't determine a true and real intent then the ballot had to be rejected. If they could the ballot would be saved and a new one created marking the correct vote and it would be sent through the machine later.

But even if none of that happened, if everything was fully correct and there was no questions, it still took all night to count all the ballots. It takes seconds to count a few ballots but it takes minutes to count a district. Sometimes ballots get stuck in the machines because they are folded weird so they don't go through properly. Another thing that requires a group of mixed party people to review. The night of Obama's first election I was working that machine for 24+ hours trying to get all the ballots counted. At no time during processing did we have any idea of the count. It wasn't until after the polls closed that we heard preliminary results, but still, we kept counting the ballots. We had observers from both parties there to make sure there were no shenanigans.

We had multilevel checks from comparing the signatures on the ballot envelope to ensuring there was only one ballot per envelope and so on.

If you think the ballots can all be counted in one evening you are delusional and clearly have no idea how the actual process works. So keep on with your conspiracies. Your argument carries no weight. You just want to create drama. Grow up.
