Officials in NYC need to be prosecuted like the parents of school shooters.

If the parents are going to be held responsible for other peoples actions they have no control over, so should the government and law enforcement.

Well, when the police arrived and he was still alive, that's kind of a give away Penny wasn't the actual reason the guy died.

I wont ever help anyone ever again. Just my immediate family and friends, nobody else. I am not law enforcement, I dont get paid to keep others safe and I also hope that people that chose to not protect themselves have bad things happens to them.
