President-elect Donald Trump said his inauguration on Monday will take place inside the U.S. Capitol rather than outdoors because of severe cold, the first time in 40 years that U.S. presidential inaugural ceremonies will be moved indoors.

Well, factor in the wind, and it is supposed to be pretty cold. Apparently will be the coldest since '85 when Reagan also did his inside. Sure, Tim Walz may think it's not cold, but I'm pretty sure he wasn't invited. Something about losing an election or something like that.

Certainly look for Trump to play up the similarities to Reagan's 2nd inauguration. That plays well with his crowd.
