i'm not minimizing the importance of the court ruling coming up...

just the post about police putting bike racks in place in San Francisco in anticipation of it... seems a bit.. superfluous

No, it shows that they are expecting trouble, which if the Supreme Court upholds bigotry, then there will be justifiable riots.

i'd put the bike rack in place more for a ruling the other way... that could be one hell of a party...
