Has the USS John McCain done anything yet, like board it, impound it, blow it out of the water or force it into a neutral port?

Just askin'.

I thought I read the McCain pulled back and they passed the baton to another USN ship to tail it. This could be a very decisive incident if we board them and inspect the ship.

There will be no forced boarding at sea, period.
