What's Happening with that NorKor Tanker?

Has the USS John McCain done anything yet, like board it, impound it, blow it out of the water or force it into a neutral port?

I thought I read the McCain pulled back and they passed the baton to another USN ship to tail it. This could be a very decisive incident if we board them and inspect the ship. :shake:
