I love that the kid was a "victim", this teacher was extorting cum out of him and so forth.

Not against the law in all states. Would have been legal in NY 17 in NY

NY has pretty progressive statutory rape laws:

If the defendant is 21 or older, then the "victim" must be at least 17.

If the "victim" is between ages 12-16 then the defendant has a defense if they are less than 4 years older than the "victim". E.g., an 18 year old cannot be found guilty of statutory rape of a 15 or 16 year-old.

When you get into 13 and under it becomes a bit trickier. First degree rape for having sex with anyone under 11. First degree rape for having sex with anyone age 13 or under if the defendant is 18 or older.

No, unfortunately not. I say unfortunately because a lot of the girls that went to the local catholic high school were slutty....public school all the way for me though.

And my favorite teach was Mrs. Blauner. Hot photography teacher who was a card carrying member of the NRA. Concealed carry license and carried everywhere but at school. Her husband was a dickhead too - my physics teacher. I would have loved to meet her in the darkroom after school.

Interesting how they say she "preyed" on them. It's wrong for teachers to have sexual relations with their pupils, but if they had no such connection, would she be dubbed a predator? Males and females handle sexual relationships differently regardless of whether or not feminazis and gender egalitarians choose to ignore that reality. There is a big difference in a sexual relationship between a 30-year-old man and a 15-year-old girl than vice versa. This woman's "victims" egos are probably swollen and they will be the coolest kids in school. If it were the other way around, the teenage girl would probably have difficulty in relationships (among other psychological problems) the rest of her life.
