Not a deserter until found guilty of desertion by Summary or General Courts Martial.

The UCMJ has a very specific remedy for desertion in wartime, but that is for our own military to handle, not the Taliban. (That being said.... I don't think that the full penalty for wartime desertion has been carried out in a very long time, not to mention the civil penalty for treason during wartime. I'd still pay good money to watch Jane Fonda get hers.)

Jane Fonda and other war protesters are fvcking American heroes and patriots of the high order most of you could never achieve, and you'd know it if you guys spent the time (or had the capacity) to think about it. Their activities protesting the Vietnam War saved untold numbers of American youth from being thrown into that jungled meat grinder by hastening its conclusion.

Not every fvcker in America back then was with Reagan and John Wayne.

Fonda helped keep people in torturous situations for longer periods of time.

She was a coward and I am sure thats why many of you can relate.

As far as the video goes, Peters is right on the money.

If this guy is a deserter, the Taliban could and should save us the money and legal fees.

Hussein Obama can piss it away and spend the money later.




If it turns out he was captured, we need to go abduct 50 family and friends of the taliban, video tape them and behead them on PPV. 50:1 every time you fu*k with anyone in/from the USA. THEY MADE THE RULES AND STARTED THE GAME.......WE PLAY IT AND PLAY IT BETTER.
