Sorry Republicans, but these folks are just driving away rational conservatives & independents....and the lack of shouting down by "normal" party folks (and even tacit approval by GOP mouthpieces like Rush and Lynne Cheney) smells alot like the lack of condemnation from the "Islam-is-a-peaceful-religion" crowd concerning the head-removal faction of their religion.....get a clue... :coffee:

Positively laughable. I saw that Mathews interview. They just want to be mean. Nothing else.

T and Z - we hope you're proud.

Considering the fact that I am sure they all own small arsenals of guns I would say the exchange appeared rather civil.

roland martin blew these guys up big time earlier in the week

shorter birthers: how did a colored person come to be in power!?!? this is unacceptable!! next, they'll be expecting equal pay for equal work!!! why can't they just know their place???

anyone who thinks it is about anything other than the melanin levels in his skin is kidding themselves.

Nope...probably just sour grapes. not any different than many hardcore dems refusing to acknowledge that Bush beat Gore in Florida in 2000.

There's another explanation-

Some people just believe bullsh!t.

There are many, many folks like that on both sides.

It just occurred to me that the left has an identical equivalent to these people. They are called Truthers.

Indeed.

As sick in the head as Cheney is, there is no way he'd do THAT...

Plus, no way to cover that up.

Truthers and Birthers - can we send them to say, Liberia?

I'm still trying to figure out why Jon Stewart is the only credible news source anymore..?

Was thinking that myself yesterday. I was watching his piece about reporters offering to whitewash his situation in return for interviews, and I commented to my wife that I doubt he would be as hard on the reporters that offered to whitewash Bill Clinton's reputation.

My wife looked at me, rolled her eyes, and said, "Jon Stewart is a comedian, Honey. It's just a show."

I guess at that very moment, I had taken him as a serious journalist like Bill Maher or that fat guy from Michigan.

If McCain won, there would be a group of people questioning his legality to be president as he was born in Panama on an air force base. Not as many people, but still.

It amazes me how people are so ignorant to simple logic just because the guy they voted for lost the election.
