Nothing left but the factions, here's my thoughts on a few-

Redundlicans- Those who pine for the Ronnie days and still believe in Reaganomics, and anything that Nancy Reagan says.

Retardlicans- Basically the Palin people, and anyone that thinks all would be well if G. W. Bush had a third term going right now.

Religlicans- Easy to spot these holes, and we have discussed them in depth right here on this board. Basically that God and Jesus are Republicans, and they both did in fact tell George W. Bush to start a war in Iraq. Everything is answered in the Bible, as translated by them, and when they heard Jesus call out from his room when with Mary Magdalena "Oh God I'm Coming!" They took it to mean something entirely different.

Relibertlicans- Maybe the only faction worth saving in the whole bunch. Basically Libertarians that also love lots of military spending, lots and lots of it.

Reyounglicans- These are mainly the "Young Republicans," the impressionables, those who got goose bumps in 6th grade history when the teacher told them about bombing Hiroshima and Nagasaki. They have been raised in the conservative household that goes to church every Sunday, hates homosexuals, liberals, uppity colored people, and believes a woman's place is in his kitchen. This may be the poorest organized of the remaining factions, and could spin off into an entirely different and possibly more harmful group far outside the currently accepted domain of the various factions, like the Marines. Rush Limbaugh is brother to Jesus in their eyes.

Melicans - socially moderate, fiscally conservative, believe in strong military, freedom of choice, no issues with homos, got a wife who makes nearly what I do, and not a bible beater.

I suspect there are more than a few like me who are straddling the fence a bit.

But seriously, I cannot claim either party. I am an ardent environmentalist. I believe we have been given an awsome gift in this planet, that it is the only one like it's kind (at least in our sector of the Universe) so we better take care of it. However, I am realistic about how much we can accomplish and how fast it can be done. I believe the govt. is there to serve a safety net, and that there are times when people need help that only the govt. can provide. I also believe that if you can't get off the tit after a certain amount of time, you should be euthanized, mainly to remove your sorry ass gene code from the pool. Despite recent outcomes, I still believe that a predominantly capitalist society is the best choice of several imperfect choices. I don't like the idea of easy abortions (not on religious grounds, as I am pretty sure I'm an atheist). I could care less who you have sex with, marry, or whatever, as long as it isn't one of my daughters (I catch any of you fuckers even looking at them before their 40 and they won't be able to make a decent hamburger out of what they can scrape up of your remains). Color is irrevelvant, a man's character has nothing to do with his skin color, therefore, it should have no bearing in my judgement of him, and, as a result, should in no way create any hindrance or advantage for him/her. I don't mind paying a reasonable tax, but don't like being told that I don't pull my weight, when I pay almost half of what I make to some form of govt. agency. I do believe that the best way the govt. can spend money is to give it back to people like me, who will use it to create jobs, and build a better world for everyone.
