Congrats to the 400m relay team for making the finals of the NCAA Track and Field championships.

Albany has 4 guys that moved on:

Luke Schoen - Pole Vault
Alie Beauvais - 400 hurdles
Joe Greene - 400 hurdles
Ricardo Estremera - 3000m steeplechase

Big step up for Albany, who could finish in the top 20 of schools if all 4 score.

Sam Chelenga from Liberty finished 3rd in the men's 10K. The two guys who finished ahead of him were both seniors, so Sam should be bringing home some individual national championships in his next two years.
