Champions of what?
Of looking like crap beating a mediocre VT team?

Number of top 25 BCS teams that VT beat=ZER0. VT lost not once, but twice, both times, once at home, CONVINCINGLY, to a Clempson team that just got absolutely annihilated 70-33 in the Orange bowl. VT was nothing more than a mediocre BCS team.

Number of top 25 BCS teams that Michigan beat before the Sugar Bowl= 1, Nebraska at #20 before they got destroyed by SC in their bowl game. So that might = 0 when the final standings come out.

Had to be the 2 most over rated, undeserving teams to ever play in the Sugar Bowl. Here are the teams that got skipped over in the BCS standings for VT and Michigan, current post bowl game records:
6. Arkansas 10-2 (Cotton Bowl vs K State)
7. Boise St. 12-1
8. Kansas St. 10-2 (Cotton Bowl)
9. South Carolina 11-2
10. Wisconsin 10-3

Michigan was outgained 377-184, but won in OT due to special teams, turnovers & a contoverial call in OT (hence the term "Chokies". I kept on hearing Denard Robinson this, Denard Robinson that, about how he is some great duel threat QB. 1 game I see him play against a mediocre VT team 9-21 passing, 117, 2 TD, 1 INT. 13 carries, 13 yards. Clearly way over-rated.

Michigan looked like crap beating a mediocre VT team, yet you have Clenz on here posting all these photos acting like Michigan looked good beating a good team.

Should try waiting till Michigan actually beats a good team in a big game (and not on some fluke after getting outgained by almost 200)

Yeah

The Big 10, ACC, and Big Least should all lose their BCS bids due to extreme suckage.

-Big 10: 1-10 in New Years Day bowl games the last 2 season, 0-5 last season and 1-4 this season, and they had to go to OT to get those 2 wins, Mich State over GA and Michigan over a mediocre VT that only the Chokies could choke away after outgaining UM by almost 200.

-Big Least: They finally win a BCS bowl game, but that team, their only (current) good program is leaving for the Big 12. They'll have 10 teams, only one really good program, Boise.

-ACC: 70-33, will likely finish the season with zero teams in the top 15 BCS standings, only 1 in the top 20, and this year wasn't an aberation.

Only the SEC, Big 12, and Pac 10 deserve BCS bids. And they should get rid of the rule that only 2 teams from a conference can receive BCS bids. 4 teams from the SEC should have gotten bids this yr. Ark and SC are clearly more deserving that VT and Mich....

My bad, you are correct. They're 1-10 in NY Day Bowl games the last 2 seasons, 3-10 in "traditional" NY day bowl games if you want to include last season's Ohio State over Ark and UM over VT. I was excluding the toilet bowls. My point remains.

So you admit you've seen one Michigan game this year - their worst game of the season...which they still won....and you can base your judgement on that and it will be accurate?

Nevermind the fact that Michigan's defense was 6th int he nation in scoring defense at 17ppg, 17th in the nation in total defense, 13th in the nation in rushing yards, 27th in the nation in scoring.

They also finished second in their division with a better conference record (and overall record) than every team in the other division.

Basically, you know nothing about Michigan football....clearly haven't looked at the stats, or anything.....but feel as though you are making a proper judgement?

Michigan had MSU on the ropes, with a chance to take the lead late in the 4th before failing on a 4th down play and MSU then scoring a TD to make the score look lopsided with just a couple minutes remaining off of a pick 6.

The Iowa game wasn't great....but lost due to a call very very similar to the VaTech call against Hemmingway when Michigan had the ball at the 4 yard line of Iowa with seconds remaining i the game and down only one score.

Both of those losses could have easily been W's had literally 2 plays gone differently. I won't let facts cloud your judgement of knowing that Michigan didn't' even deserve to be in a bowl at all though....

I din't say they didn't deserve to be in a bowl. I said they didn't deserve to be in a BCS bowl. UM and VT should have been in mid major 6-10 bowls, not top 5 BCS bowls.

I just read that UM/VT had the 3rd lowest attendance in Sugar Bowl history, which is ironic considering the people in-charge said that they selected the teams because of their fan bases. There's just nothing as awesome as rewarding kids for their hard work by telling them that it's their fan base's size that actually decides these things.

Ahhh the BCS.
