The B10 only needs one more school from another state to reach 10 states. Rutgers, Syracuse, or Mizzou would all accomplish that.
Yes, but if they add two schools from two different states they cannot be the Big Ten still, it would be 11 states. Of course if that happened they could keep their current logo.
