@Hawaii, @Fresno St and Boise at home are the three, they drop 2 of those 3 is my guess. Anything can happen and that is why they play the games though.
I think they roll through Hawaii....beat Fresno in a slugfest....then lose to Boise at home.
Nevada's offense is scary-good.

I watched them when they played in Provo, BYU's defense is terrible, terrible, terrible and they managed to hold them to 3 points in the second half. I do think they are very good on that side of the ball, but I do think they will drop 2 games of those 3. I don't like/dislike them at all, just an outsider perspective I guess.

That is why I had them listed together. OU or UN most likely will come from that group
Well, Michigan State and Ohio State don't play each other this year, so there could be TWO from the Big 10.
Which is a damn shame. Cuz MS looked damn good against UM (btw, can we shut up about Denard winning the Heisman now that UM has actually played a decent opponent and he got shut down)? That coulda been a helluva game. Oh well.

a) Problem solved.
b) Yeah, I think the Denard/Heisman talk can stop now.
Ohio State? Done
Nevada? Toast
Nebraska? SIT DOWN!!!
So, here's the final 10 unbeatens:
Utah
TCU
Boise State
Oregon
LSU
Auburn
Michigan State
Missouri
Oklahoma
Oklahoma State
Most we can end up with now is SIX.

Either LSU or Auburn will lose to Bama (both probably).
Michigan St will lose to Iowa.
One of the Big12 will be undefeated heading into the championship game...after that...?
I think Oregon/Boise/TCU run the table.

They SHOULD, but they won't. Then we're going to finally get that antitrust lawsuit and Hatch is going to get a law passed to force them to do it. It'll be too late for Boise and TCU this year, but it WILL happen.
SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

Yeah, I thought of your post as I was watching Nevada lay that egg...

That’s one of the beautiful things about the Pac-10 invite to Utah…Hatch will probably go away now. I wouldn’t be surprised if the BCS throws the Pac-10 a bone for doing them this favor.
It's gonna be ugly if Oregon, Oklahoma and Auburn all win out. Having to leave one of those teams out of the title game will cause a lot more problems than leaving out Boise or TCU.
Disagree about Auburn being "real". Jury still out on them. Beating a crazy over-rated LSU team does not make them real. I'll believe they are the real deal only if they run the table. I think Alabama beats them.
tampajag wrote:There's two less unbeatens now: Oklahoma St and LSU lost.
So, it's down to these:
Boise State
Utah
Michigan State
Oregon
Missouri
TCU
Auburn
With the exception of TCU/Utah, the rest of these guys can ALL end up unbeaten. So, we're at SIX, max that could be unbeaten/untied at the end of the year.

Could be. But if I were betting, I'd be betting that we end up with two....Boise, and TCU/Utah.
Alabama over Auburn
Iowa over Michigan St
Nebraska over Missouri
Oregon always seems to lose a game they shouldn't. Maybe this is the year they don't do that?
Even if those losses happen, I'd still give even odds that Boise/TCU/Utah get left out of the title game.
