In HS LAX, 89Jr's school dropped a game over the weekend to fall from #1 in the nation, but picked up another quality win yesterday in OT. Fast forward to 18:45 for the game winner. Check out the goal scorer, you will see him on the offensive line of Alabama in the next four years, 6'4" - 290. Andy will recognize the name.

There's a lot of HS talent out there now, so it's only a matter of time before the kids in the east migrate further west for college. Heck, Denver is ranked #1 this year, Notre Dame 2.

Almost no midwest programs though.
For a school like UNI (just as an example) it'd be fools gold to try mens or womens.
Watch how the private schools in Iowa do/recruit and then try it after a decade or so
I know UNI is looking at a small womens sport, or two, to equal out Title IX a little more. The rugby team doesn't want to go NCAA and so a couple sports have been explored. If LAX gets into the midwest at a D1 level it might show up at places like UNI, Drake, SIU, etc...
Illinois has about 60 HS's with boys lacrosse and the number is increasing as more kids are playing at the youth level and pushing their schools to add it.
Women's lacrosse isn't as big but it is growing especially with Northwestern as a perennial power.
Being wrong about a topic is called post partisanism - kalm
MAQA - putting the Q into qrazy qanon qult qonspiracy theories since 2015.
Neither is Towson, but a CAA win is a win none the less. Two one point losses to Navy and Ohio State and a 11-15 loss to #8 Loyola ain't half bad. I wish fucking Maryland would add us to their schedule again. What a bunch of assholes. We play them in every other sport, and even in football every 4 years now.
"Elaine, you're from Baltimore, right?"
"Yes, well, Towson actually."
