He's been suspended for the first half of the Vandy game


GA-FL game is always heated, the players are always jacked, and a bunch of personal fouls get called. People in Athens aren't to happy about this and are using it as an excuse for the loss.... UGA just got their butts kicked, nothing to do with any penalties or game play.

A Michigan player punched an Illinois player in the nuts Saturday. Now that is BS.

I saw that live and on the replays and I didn't understand why the commentators weren't saying anything.

Its more frequent then most people think. The bottom of a pile is a nasty experience. Its why most players are turning to the visors.

I read somewhere that the Spikes thing was retaliation for similar cr@p that Vandy did to him earlier in the game. That doesn't excuse it by any stretch (a la Blount), but it DOES explain how it might have happened.

ESPN poll showed that something like 65% of the nation thinks what Spikes did is worse than what Blount did, yet no one is calling for Spikes to be kicked off the team like Blount

I thought you didn't recognize the FBS? Perhaps that's why it was Georgia that had done things earlier. As I said, this game is always dirty... I don't doubt that some Georgia players were playing dirty, but I also don't doubt other Florida players were being rough too besides Spikes.
