So yesterday against Youngstown State he only went 4-5 with a home run and 3 RBIs. The man can do no wrong. It was my first time seeing him play baseball but I'm going to at least five more games this season.

It was a sac fly in the bottom of the 9th to win the game.

Let's all hope and pray he completely dominates and gets drafted so high he has to take it.

After yesterday's game, Matt Szczur is officially hitting .522 with a .568 OBP and a 1.225 OPS. Ridiculous .

He's always said that football is his first love and despite his gaudy numbers he doesn't hit for much power and he may not have a true position due to his size (too small for catcher) and his lack of power (not enough for a corner outfielder)

Yeah, seriously. He can have a much longer career (and better life after retirement) in baseball than football. He'd be crazy to not sign if he goes high enough...

By the way Fact, I started following you on twitter last year for Mets stuff (and your Ibanez article), didn't realize you were a nova guy...so it's fun either way. ;-)
