Post by SDHornet »

Sac State was picked by the coaches to finish 1st in the Big Sky for women's and 2nd in the BSC for men's. What about some of the other conferences?

The Albany men and women both won the indoor America East championships (the men's 5th in a row). Both have been picked to win the outdoor championship as well. This will be the Men's 6th outdoor title in a row if successful.

At one point last year Albany was ranked in the Top 30 in the team rankings.

On a side note, my nephew came back to competition this indoor season after a year off from an injury. He finished 3rd in heptathlon at the Indoor Nationals this year and will be looking for that 8,000 point mark in the decathlon outdoor and to catch up to Ashton Eaton, who is just an absolute beast in the multi-events.
