Tampa Bay Top 50

As we head into the summer, here's a few Tampa Bay area players to keep an eye on in the upcoming season. Lots of these kids are getting looks from across the country. Besides it's a topic to break up all the expansion talk. :lol:

1. DE, LB, RB James Wilder, Plant High School
James WilderTimes says:

OFFERS OF NOTE: Just about everyone. Believed to be choosing among Alabama, Florida, FSU. Georgia, Georgia Tech and Miami. Has said recently he'll decide by end of summer.

THE SKINNY: Ranked No. 1 in the country by MaxPreps, No. 3 by Rivals and No. 8 by ESPN.

2. OL Tyler Moore, Countryside High School

OFFERS OF NOTE: Firm commitment to Nebraska.

THE SKINNY: Moore hasn't stockpiled offers like the others on this list, but that's because his commitment to Nebraska is firm.

3. DB, QB, WR Ja'Juan Story, Nature Coast Technical High School

OFFERS OF NOTE:Florida, Florida State, Miami and Ohio State are among the 20+ schools on board for Story.

THE SKINNY: Story will get plenty of touches this fall as he moves to quarterback to fill a hole on the Sharks team.

THE SKINNY: His dad played for Miami, so many think that's where Chickillo, who had a great spring, ultimately ends up.

THE SKINNY:Prestwood can play anywhere on the offensive and defensive lines, as well as tight end. At Notre Dame, he is likely to play tackle.
