Probably will change, but maybe just getting rid of the number - they'll most likely keep "Pacific" as the main part of the name.

Going for name recognition, they'll likely just change the #. The Big West kept the name even while they had SW LA and LA Tech.

When the Arizona schools were added, the Pac-8 became the Pac-10. Makes sense that the name will adjust again.
