Pac 10 considering Title game sites

Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Seattle and Glendale, Ariz., are among sites being discussed as Pac-10 title game locations, sources said Wednesday.
Other sites that could be suggested are San Francisco, Oakland and San Diego.
The title game also could be played at the campus of the higher-seeded team, a possibility because given the geographical expanse of the conference, the driving distance to a centralized location would pose a difficulty.
The ACC, for example, has been hurt by poor attendance when the participants were not conveniently located near the chosen site of the championship game.
Las Vegas would be considered because of its centralized location and attractiveness as a destination, though stadium size would be a concern.

Playing it in the Cardinals Stadium seems the most likely to happen. Only thing that might keep it from happening is the bowl games that are played there, but since they're a month after the title game would be, it shouldn't be a problem. Vegas is a stupid idea.

The idea of letting the higher seeded team host seems like a good idea but what if both teams are 12-0 (8-0) are they going to let human voters in a poll decide whos higher ranked or worse yet let the BCS rankings determine it?
Best option might be to let the defending champ put on a show... at least often enough the defending champ will be good enough to compete for a spot in the game the following season.

Are you calling us retarded? College sports are not affiliated with Pro sports. Hence the OTHER Sports, and Other College Sports. Meaning other than football. Nothing retarded about that.

Personally I don't like how we have a separate basketball forum, but who am I to judge. I don't use it anyway since I hate basketball.
