Bama was granted a bogus pick call off of a blown PI non-call. When the ensuing Bama drive stalled after a sack, they busted out the fake FG. The receiver, who was stuffed anyway, dropped the ball. Bogus pick did Bama no good.

And who the hell has Ohio st played that is better than Oregon st and vt? A mediocre Miami win at home? Boise has played a much better schedule than OSU at this point.

And just watch Bama stay at 2. They play in a far better league than Oregon. The PAC is down this year. Oregon and Stanford are the only decent teams. Arizona was way overrated.

Alabama won't drop to 2 after this week, I wouldn't be surprised to see them fall to 5 or 6, but with all the games they have left on their schedule I wouldn't be surprised to see them jump over some of the undefeated teams later on. They certainly have a chance to finish in the top 2, but they need some teams to lose in front of them, if Oregon and Ohio State win out, there is no way either of them get jumped.

Also,the "way overrated" Arizona team knocked off the second best Big Eleven team. I can see Bama jumping TCU or Boise, but there is no way they would jump a BCS Conference team that is undefeated.

Except for the fact that SEC, Big 10, and whatever teams continue to duck BSU. Everytime I've seen them play those "big boys" that you put up as great teams that they couldn't compete with...they do...and they win. For that reason I'll have to believe that they can compete as one of the top team in the nation until that is proven otherwise.

You can say that they can't compete if you like but when I witness them beat the teams put in front of them I'll have to take reality as the measuring stick.

This is exactly right. This has been a long time coming for Boise and it has been a very very long process for them to even get the little respect that they have right now.

Its not as if Ball St or someone has just come out of nowhere and people think they should be in the title picture. Its Boise St, who has had to continually prove themselves over the course of this past decade. And the majority of the time, they have won, and that is why the deserve this ranking. They have earned it.

I think BSU plays with and regularly beats everyone in the SEC except Alabama, LSU, Auburn and Florida.
