I voted for Missouri/Nebraska, but Oregon/USC and MSU/Iowa should both be great games as well. I wouldn't be surprised if any of those undefeated teams lost.

Oregon/USC won't be a game. Oregon is going to stomp a mudhole in USC. And I'm looking forward to it.

I love it! I wouldn't be surprised if Mack Brown is polishing up his resume right about now....

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

The last UT coach who had this bad a season had his head called for and they bought out his contract.

but at the same time, he's won them a national championship and made it to another one last year (and Colt went down which definitely changed the outcome), not to mention that 12-1 season they had where they very well could have gone to the national championship. Until this year he had a pretty long streak of 10 win seasons. They'd be pretty dumb to fire him, which is why it is pretty dumb to say he should be fired right now :coffee:

Hold on there, little doggie. If you note, I live in Austin...have for 28+ years. You fail to understand the mind-set and/or expectations of the folks round these parts. Do you know there is no pro team here because UT blocks them (I have personal info on one such happening). Anyway....they do not care what you did last year, or the year before, or for a decade. They care about the here and now and what is happening to the whorns is unacceptable.
When I joke about the whole city being on suicide watch, it's fun to say but it's almost true. They would have canned Wade Phillips (cowboys) after last season. This is a multi-million dollar enterprise and they expect nothing less than being in the BCS championship picture every year.
I wouldn't be surprised to be 'hearing' rumors and anger and people calling for Mack's head. It's just the reality of how UT and their fans function and perceive things.

likely not, but it's fun to think about....and say. And I have so much fun not teasing the plethora of tee-shirt fans around here. Hey, they have the same record as TXST, so far. It's great. Would be even better if we had won any one of those appalling games we lost.

That Michigan State/Iowa game was a real stinker. I thought MSU was better than that. Meh.
