Well, they don't play in the CAA, so they can't be THAT good.

TCU and Boise are two of my favorite teams JUST BECAUSE they get overlooked.

TCU was epic today... that was a curb stomping of a decent Utah team.

Now the BCS will have to send them to the "We won't let you in Bowl" to play each other again :ohno: :coffee:

Second best team in the country behind Boise. Both those teams would throttle Auburn.

Going with a big what if here...

What if Oregon loses to Cal, 'Zona, or State and finishes 11-1
What if Auburn loses to 'Bama and the SEC title game to finish 11-2
What if Nebraska loses to OU in the Big 12 title game
What if Ohio State loses to Michigan

What if Boise and TCU finish as the only undefeated's?

We saw 'Bama get punished for losing to S. Carolina, would the same happen to Oregon and Auburn for a loss or would pollsters keep them up there because they know they wouldn't have enough time to make up for it?
Does a two loss SEC team go ahead of Boise or TCU? Does any one loss team go ahead of them?

I would love/hate to see Boise/TCU finish as the only two undefeated's left.

ESPN is saying they think BSU is going to jump TCU because of the human voters.

Who looks at Boise curb stomping Hawaii and goes "Damn, that was way more impressive than TCU curb stomping the #5 team, Utah....in fucking Utah. BSU should be rated higher"

Nice that all the projections last night had Boise at 5...saw one that had them at 6. Jesus they are either retarded, or scared to put Boise St. up against one of the CHOSEN teams and have them get embarrassed on National TV!

I just noticed this, but right now Oregon has only beaten 2 teams that currently have a winning record.

I didn't realize this until just this week, but the computers used in the BCS do not take margin of victory into account. This is apparently a rule imposed by the BCS powers that be designed to discourage running up the score. It seems pretty obvious to me that the real reason for this rule is to negate the only potential compensation that a team with a weaker schedule would have.

The BCS jackasses know that Boise St. and TCU will win their games by wide margins, while BCS conference teams will have close games in conference. More proof that the system is rigged.

How sweet would a 4 game playoff be this year. Potentially 4 unbeatens. The current system is so fucked up, we could end up with 3 unbeatens after the bowls are done. :ohno:

Right now TCU, Boise, Oregon, Auburn and LSU are all worthy of a shot at the title. There is a big drop after those 5. You could say that LSU already had their shot against Auburn so the BCS should have an emergency meeting and have a four team playoff. :)

The only one loss with a resume to even remotely justify a jump over the undefeateds is Wisconsin.

Care to jusify Wisconson vs. LSU and what makes Wisky's resume that much better?

LSU's only loss came to Auburn, and they have beaten some pretty good teams.

There aren't any 1-loss teams left that'd jump either TCU or Boise provided they stay undefeated. I don't see Auburn winning in Tuscaloosa.

I think Auburn has as good of a shot at winning in Tuscaloosa as they have in a while, they had a good shot last season with a different team. The LSU game shows that Bama can be beaten down the field.

Wisky has better wins. Won at Iowa and against OSU. Only loss came to Michigan State.

LSU has beaten
UNC, Alabama, Mississippi State, Florida, West Virginia, and their only loss CAME TO NUMBER 1 AUBURN.

Iowa isn't that good, neither is Michigan State

The Big Ten is not better than the SEC, at least not according to the voters and computers who factor into the BCS. A one loss Wisconsin will not finish ahead of a one loss SEC team, nor should they.

no way. LSU's resume is far superior.
