No. The SEC is always going to have two BCS bids.
The WAC, now doesn't have a single bid.

They're guaranteed 1 and usually get two. Your comparison doesn't really work because if the WAC was an autobid conference... Nevada would be going to a BCS game instead of Boise. Now neither team is going to one... so the entire WAC loses out on BCS payout.

I thought there was an agreement that because of this being BSU’s last year in the WAC, that they do not get any conference payouts but were to keep the BCS payout all to themselves? So in if that is true, Nevada really just denied Boise their BCS payout.
