CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. -- University of Delaware sophomore John Dineen (at right) headed home a shot into the top left corner of the goal with 4:14 remaining in the second overtime period to give the University of Delaware men’s soccer team a dramatic 1-0 victory over the University of Virginia Thursday night at Klockner Stadium in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.

Must be something about the state of Virginia with the Hens this year. ODU, W&M and UR all went down in the Tub this year as well.
Virginia is for lov ~cough~ losers.

Congrats to Delaware on getting their first NCAA Tournament win since 1970!
Great win for the CAA. Unfortunately as CAA fans Georgia State let us down ONCE again.
