That's a spring sport that only started for LU a couple of years ago. Our girls are showing improvement, going from one win in 2010 (as an expansion team, so to speak) to 7-11 in 2011. Of course, we only got two of those wins in conference play. I hope we can get to a winning record for LAX in 2012.

What's club hockey? They play it with clubs instead of sticks?

Have you already forgotten that my degrees are from LU?

Real funny. Surely you know the difference between club and varsity sports.

It would be better if they played with clubs.

Seen a "girls" field hockey team in action, these are not girls, they are homely short dudes that want to be girls.

Fucking disgusting, but what ever floats SH's bumpy thing..

Liberty is number 1 at killing baby seals?

From what I have gathered. Yes. Yes, they are. Those Canadians will be pissed once they find out.

And for the record, it is clubbing. Clubbing baby seals. Not killing.

I never knew your degrees were from Liberty, but I hope Uncle Jerry never touched your pee-pee. I thought you were implying that you are a woman. You aren't a woman, are you Casey? You're a man right? :twocents: :geek:

Wait a minute? You have multiple degrees? ARen't you a secretary? If I had multiple degrees and I was a secretary, it better be a Cabinet post.

Maybe one day the clubbers will make varsity.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Religion (2010) and a Master of Arts in Religion (2011) from Liberty. The M.A.R. pretty much amounts to one half of the Master of Divinity degree. I'm in that program now.

I'm still hoping to find a secretarial job, but it seems that even with my over 17 years' experience in that area, I don't have two qualifications that many civilian employers seem to want: I'm not hot and I'm not a girl.

I'll be honest with you, you will never find a secretarial position. What you might find is some sort of clerical post. I have a friend that does this at the Joint Base, he makes good money and is essentially a clerk for the legal department. :twocents:

and thank you for settling the argument over wheather you are a woman or not. Some of us were worried. :thumb: :D

With those degrees I assume you're interested in being a pastor of some kind, no?

GATW: That's certainly a possibility. I've been talking with our district HQ in Sac and I'm an volunteer staff member with our youth group. Not sure what's going to happen. I'm also interested in teaching. I have a ACSI credential, but nobody around here has any openings, and the credential is due to expire in June. In the next couple of weeks, I'm turning in an application for a teacher residency program in our local charter school system (assuming my two remaining recommendation forms come back in time). That's an interesting program, and one that would put my M.Div. on hold for a while. A school year in the classroom under a mentor teacher while taking M.Ed. classes at Pacific at a significantly reduced rate (complete with full benefits and a stipend) the first year, graduating with the M.Ed. and a state preliminary credential in May or June, followed by three years in my own classroom with full pay (over $40K) culminating in a state professional clear credential and free agent status. A great deal if I can get in on it.
