WKU actually has a shot to win a match. The dream will end with Illinois though.

Just like Nebraska ended the dream of the Jackson St Tigers and their 25 match win streak well they had a great season finishing 29-10 the start of something great down the road.CitadelGrad wrote:WKU actually has a shot to win a match. The dream will end with Illinois though.

That's the good news. The bad news is that their next opponent is Penn State.UD1Hens wrote:Delaware won their first match 3-1 over American

Re: Division I Women's Volleyball Bracket
since it's not the football team, I can bring myself to say this:
Go Blue Hens! Here's to pulling the upset over PSU.
Elsewhere in the bracket, Nebraska was knocked out by Kansas State.
Last year, UNI was seeded #5 and lost at home in 5 sets to a 20-10 Missouri team, and everyone was all up in arms about how the Panthers were "overrated" and their seed was a joke.
This year, Nebraska was seeded #2 and lost at home in 5 sets to a 20-10 Kansas State team. So I guess the Cornhuskers are an even bigger overrated joke.
Meanwhile, UNI won their first round match against Niagara (as expected), and now move on to face a challenging Florida team.

Re: Division I Women's Volleyball Bracket
Illinois has the best team it has had in a least fifteen years. This is Penn State's worst team in at least ten years. By the way, Illinois is a senior-heavy team. Penn State's starters are all freshmen and sophomores. Penn State is 37-9 all-time vs. Illinois.dbackjon wrote:Lost to my IlliniUD1Hens wrote:
