Swept 1-4 in pole vault for the first time since Y2K. The winning mark was 16'0.75". Also 1-2-4 in discus. Liberty's mile relay team finished 2nd in 3:15.05.

The girls finished 2nd following wins in the 1,500 and 5,000. The quarter relay team posted the second best time in school history at 45.92. Coastal Carolina won the girls meet.

It's good to see the program marching on after the graduation loss of distance runner Sam Chelanga. Liberty's boys have won the league meet 17 of the 19 times it has been contested.

Funny, everyone else in the world refers to college athletic teams as either "men's" or "women's".
