Depends on your perspective. In the 1st and 3rd quarter it will be the Irish flag. In the 2nd and 4th quarter it will be the Ivory Coast flag.

Navy should wear cleats that look like the American Flag so all is right with the world when Navy kicks Notre Dame's ass again.
