Military Bowl to move to Navy-Marine Corps
Memorial Stadium from RFK Stadium
The Military Bowl will be played at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis this year, the D.C. Bowl Committee and Events DC announced Monday, moving from its previous home at RFK Stadium.
This year’s game — to be played Dec 27 at 2:30 p.m. and televised by ESPN — will match the No. 8 team from the ACC against an opponent from Conference USA.

Wow, that was horrible post on my part. Let me try this again.
EDIT: Wow! An 8th place ACC team could, in all seriousness, be Duke.
There, much better.

Good. RFK is a dump in the middle of a bad neighborhood.

Some Annapoleans consider NMCMS to be in a bad neighborhood as well. The surrounding homes have less than five bedrooms, don't have a personal dock with lift, and only go for the upper six figures.
Here's how the other half live. Gotta click to page 14 to find the first home under a cool mil:

A bad stadium in a traffic nightmare.
BTW, are you saying that RFK is not a dump or that it's not in a bad hood?

I loved RFK, can't stand FedEx. Sherrif Rd removes all traffic problems.

Doesn't look a whole lot different than my neighborhood.

Then there is this monstrosity that Ryan Howard is building:
A lot of these places make my home look like a crack house.

I'm guessing you live in a modest, 6000 sqft home with a tennis court, infinity pool and full sized spa.

Uhhh, no.
My house is 2100 sq. ft. with no pool, but a freshly sodded back yard.

It could be worse. You could own a very large, beautiful home that you rent out for a loss each month, rent for yourself in another state where you work, and travel a 280 mile round trip every weekend to see your kids and crash at your parents while doing so.

That's the part that really sucks, man. At least you are a good enough dad to continue to make that trip. Good on ya.

I wouldn't miss a single trip.
I'm actually looking at taking a job in Delaware again, so I can go 50/50 on custody and be there during the week. This DC thing has been lucrative, but two years of it has gotten pretty old. The thing that sucks is that my line of work pays $20k+ less a year in Delaware. Baby mamma has got to ease down the child support or I can't make it work.

For your sake and the kid's sake, I hope your ex isn't as big (literally) a selfish bitch as mine is.

You mean you live in the guest house, which is 2100 sq. ft. with no pool, but a freshly sodded back yard, right? I have this vision of you living next to Shaq and Vince from ShawWow, don't ruin this for me.

At least there's no alimony on top of child support.
I get the need for child support but how much does it suck that you have to force parents to provide for the children after a divorce.

For all I know, they may have a house somewhere nearby.
I know that a lot of the famous Scientologists are rumored to own property in town to have a place near the Clearwater headquarters. I think I have had four different house pointed out to me as belonging to Tom Cruise.
