Surprise team in a major FBS CFB conference

Pac-12: Kind of trendy, but I like Arizona State a lot. Love how they grew in Todd Graham's first year and the south is way more open with Arizona losing so much, along with USC being down. ASU v. Oregon/Stanford is a legit possibility. It's what I'm predicting.
Big Ten: Indiana. They'll be bowl-eligible this year.
Big XII: I bet K-State manages to scrape together at least 10 wins again. Bill Snyder is a genius.
ACC: Georgia Tech (just a wild hunch) I did like what I saw out Vad Lee last year. GT is annually one of my "girlfriend" college football teams (I love watching their Triple Option). GT has given Clemson fits since Paul Johnson took over. They dropped 60+ on UNC last year.
SEC: Arkansas- I hate Bret Bielema but I think the Hogs will enjoy having a real coach for the first time since Petrino went joyriding on his bike a year+ ago.
If you want to pick more surprise teams in other conferences, go ahead- I just don't have as much time to make so many extra picks.
