I thought about that question after I turned on the TV to watch McNeese play Central Arkansas today. It literally hurt my brain. Same is true when I've turned on games at Eastern Washington. I'm beginning to think Boise State's blue thing is tame by comparison to those two but they ARE the trail blazer so they're in the poll.

I think it's Eastern Washington. But Central Arkansas gives them a run for their money. Hideous.

I haven't been to the blood rug but Boise's smurf turf really isn't bad when you are right down on it. I had side lines passes a few years back and it didn't bug my eyes when you are on it as it sometimes does on tv even.

Having just left the majesty that is the inferno, I can easily and unbelievably say it's even more gorgeous than the first time I layed eyes on it.

EWU's is a blinding eyesore. UCA's is merely extremely grotesque. I kinda like Boise's, however. Something about that orange....

Watching a replay of McNeese State @ UCA right now. While UCA's field is not as beautiful as Roos, it's kind of cool. And the Bear's all gray uni's are badass.

Then you saw why McNeese got clubbed by Northern Iowa. 496 yards given up in one half of football. I didn't even know that was possible. But then only 148 given up during the second half. I hope that means the McNeese defense has miraculously gotten better. One can hope.

I'm jealous of what North Dakota State has defense wise. Once upon a time McNeese had defenses like that. Used to be it was a defense oriented program. Sigh.
