Yes and this could be the next great rivalry!!!andy7171 wrote:FSU vs Clempson
not a rivalry(although their fans are annoying), just two teams who rose at the same time. Won't mention that no matter how bad FSU was in the mid 2000's, the Tigers have only won the ACC once.dal4018 wrote:Yes and this could be the next great rivalry!!!andy7171 wrote:FSU vs Clempson
Every rivalry must start from somewhere. And it will not hurt to have ESPN in their corner as a hype machine.tampajag wrote:not a rivalry(although their fans are annoying), just two teams who rose at the same time. Right now Winston and company are ahead 17-7 but Winston threw a costly interception. His WR ran a slant to the post but Winston was expecting him to run a out route instead.rkwittem wrote:I expect that Clemson-FSU game to be a classic. I always watched these two play when it had two Bowdens coaching and the teams have enough animosity between them that it's almost always a fun watch.
As for the game itself, I expect Clemson to beat Florida State. Jameis Winston will be next year's Heisman front-runner, but he's a RS frosh right now who hasn't played a good team like Clemson yet. Tajh Boyd has beaten Georgia, LSU, and beat FSU two years ago. I'll take his experience plus playing at home over FSU on the road. Should be a great experience. I kinda wish gameday had gone somewhere else since they were at Clemson in week 1.
Also, Missouri wins big over Florida, even without James Franklin. When was the last time the Gators went that far north? I certainly can't remember, unless you count their Kentucky games.
it was a double move, there was a miscommunication from the booth to the sideline. Tajh Boyd was so rattled, he looked like he wanted to be any where but on the field.dal4018 wrote:Right now Winston and company are ahead 17-7 but Winston threw a costly interception. His WR ran a slant to the post but Winston was expecting him to run a out route instead.rkwittem wrote:I expect that Clemson-FSU game to be a classic. Miscommunication happens all the time.Wish I knew what the play was??tampajag wrote:it was a double move, there was a miscommunication from the booth to the sideline. it was an option route, coaches sent in two different signals.dal4018 wrote:Miscommunication happens all the time.Wish I knew what the play was??tampajag wrote: it was a double move, there was a miscommunication from the booth to the sideline. Thanks I think the WR might have read the defense better there was no safety help on that play.tampajag wrote:it was an option route, coaches sent in two different signals.dal4018 wrote:Miscommunication happens all the time.Wish I knew what the play was??
