Miami Hurricanes Sanctions Finally Handed Down

After a two and a half year mostly flawed investigation... :coffee: :roll:

The sanctions are only losses of scholarships, recruiting restrictions and former coaches' suspensions at their current schools. They're milder now because of self-imposed penalties the university applied itself on while waiting for the investigation to conclude.
