Saw this on Yahoo sports Michigan has finally terminated this coach.

I work with a guy who is a diehard Michigan fan. He's got a navy F-150 with maize stripes and all with the M on the tailgate. He says Hoke is (was) the best coach in the BIG. I laughed at him. I'm not saying Meyer is, but between him, Dantonio and Kill, Hoke is a joke.

Hoke was/is a fantastic person.
He is exactly what I want in a head coach....without the coaching skills required to win at Michigan.
The way he treats his players, media, fans, etc... is great.
The way he expects his players to act/grow is great.
He just is missing whatever it is that gets results.
