How did Arizona win that many games with that guy at QB?

Watching this bowl game and that guy is awful. Missing open receivers over and over again. Making foolish decisions. It's like he's got an IQ of 60 or something. How on EARTH did Arizona do as well as they did this year with that guy at the helm?
This is the first I've watched Arizona this year so somebody explain how they, for instance, beat Oregon with that guy under center?

What a dumba**. That last play was kind of a cherry on top of how STUPID that guy looked all game. The announcer is saying "CAN'T GET TACKLED ON THE LAST PLAY AND HE DOES." He's outside the pocket and can just throw it away and get one more play but instead the idiot gets tackled and the clock runs out.
I'm sorry, but that guy is an idiot. And the whole game was like that with him. You'd see him do things and think, "WTF?" Hopefully for Arizona's sake they've got somebody with an above room temperature IQ to play quarterback for them next year.

Oregon had 3 starting offensive linemen out that game
Plus they were missing 2 starting wide outs and their number one tight end
That's how... and Arizona played 10 miles over their own heads that day

That's how... and Arizona played 10 miles over their own heads that day
Plus, U of A kind of has Oregon's number for some strange reason.
