She improved her indoor mile by 15 seconds from last year, maybe there is room to improve her time for next year.

I agree again I hope that DMR makes strides as well I think next winter they could clock a sub 11:00 effort vs the big names they have enough sprint talent as well.I hope they make the long trek to Pennsylvainia for the Penn Relays!!!!! Hope are they doing well in the sprint relays 4x1 4x2 4x4 do they have anymore recruits coming in????

Looks like a UC-Riverside meet this weekend. Last weekend Emily Lesser broke the school record in the shot.
TEMPE, Ariz. – North Dakota State senior thrower Emily Lesser captured the Bison school record in the outdoor shot put with a personal-best throw by more than two feet on Saturday at the Baldy Castillo Invitational.

Lesser won the event with a throw of 51-09.75 (15.79m), an improvement of 26 inches over her previous personal outdoor best. The Maple Grove, Minn., native surpassed Julia Karst-Gray's school record of 51-01.50 set in 2000.

Lesser now ranks fourth in the NCAA this season in the shot put.
