UAB's future looking awfully bright.

Looks like they will have a new stadium... about a mile from campus:

UAB didn't VOLUNTARILY drop football. It was forced on them by jealous Tide nincompoops....

Not really interested as UAB is UAB and will probably amount to a footnote in CF lore. Perusing that article, I didn't see a tie for the UAB president to the board of trustees, so it looks like it was still the prez that shut it down. Whatever, I really don't care. :coffee:
