Looks like App, who has traditionally raided Upstate SC and the Atlanta market, is really reaching into Florida this season:

Is CCU still FCS next season?

We are, however this class will spend more time in FBS than FCS. I guess it doesn't matter.

Out to Texas and Missouri for a couple and up to New Jersey for another. We did sign a lot of local guys though. Three from the #1 HS team in the nation Colquitt County alone. Even signed our first ESPN 300 player too...a WR at that. Two QB's, and a couple of really under the radar types.

Any idea what kind of changes GS's offense will go through with new coaching? More of the TO or back to a more balanced attack?

Good question. I wish I knew the answer.
Summers has said we will still be an option team. My guess is that this year you'll see something very similar to last year. Our two new OC's both have an Air Raid background, but Gillespie was the architect of the Jayson Foster offense of 2007. He wanted to stay in that direction going forward, but Hatcher wanted to implement his disaster that ensued in 2008 and 2009. Gillespie was the HC at Valdosta High before he came back with Summers and just so happened that we signed his QB from Valdosta today (Seth Shuman). He was really under the radar but I think most believed that he was going to concentrate on baseball (we could still lose him in the MLB draft in June). That's the only reason he could have been under the radar. The kid has an arm and pretty damn good feet.
My guess is that you'll see more of an Auburn/Oregon/Ark State/Baylor type of offense moving forward.

I would think it would be hard for teams like Citadel, WoCo, GS, GT, Navy, etc. to recruit traditional QB's into that system.
