Truth be told I had Athletes foot more than jock itch. I found that Tinactin spray worked best on my feet. But I have a very high tolerance for pain. If the JI got bad, I'd use the Tinactin spray and cry for 10 minutes, then throw powder on it.

Itching it, was heaven on earth, until 2 hours later.
