I had to have some filler. The Top 25 games just haven't been there the last two weeks.GannonFan wrote:Only the first two games are really worthy - 'Cuse won't be as good outside the dome and Tennessee is god-awful no matter where they play. Michigan/Penn St would've gotten my vote, but I'm not convinced that Michigan can make a game out of this - this could be a Penn St rout. I think USC (weak defense, penchant to turn the ball over on offense) against Notre Dame (not a great team, but they can run it on weak defenses) will be a much better game to watch.
It would be funny if you didn't LOSE to WVU.AZGrizFan wrote:You missed Texas Tech vs Iowa State - Please add to your poll.
Nothing like blowing an 18-point lead going into the 4th quarter and giving up 28 unanswered.89Hen wrote:It would be funny if you didn't LOSE to WVU.AZGrizFan wrote:You missed Texas Tech vs Iowa State - Please add to your poll.
Like Z, your team LOST so STFU.SuperHornet wrote:As much as I dislike both schools, U$C-ND is a classic matchup. I'll take THAT alongside the VERY important #20 UCF @ Navy tilt....
So Michigan going to OT against Indiana last week and the week before getting beat in the Big House by a Michigan St team that just two weeks earlier was curb-stomped at home by an Irish team that's only loss is a one-point loss to unbeaten Georgia means that Notre Dame is overrated but strangely Michigan is not? Your Irish hate is blinding you.Pwns wrote:Khaki pants versus Vin Diesel.
USC and ND should be called the overrated bowl.
Interesting fact, Mark Whipple is the current coach of UMass. I actually looked him up the other day because I wondered where he had gone after his run with UMass in the late 90's and early 00's only to find out that he's been at UMass again for the past 4 years, and not really sporting a very good record in that time. That's all.Skjellyfetti wrote:Georgia Southern - UMass

Well, it's the play-in game to play unbeaten Wisconsin in the B1G title game (I'm assuming Wisconsin beats Michigan in Camp Randall later in the year). And then it's the chance to lose to 'Bama either in the semis or the finals of the playoff.93henfan wrote:No need for a Week 9 GOTW Thread. Just start a Penn State-Ohio State thread. It’s basically the play-in game for the rights to lose to Bama in the NCG.
There are three Top 25 matchups.93henfan wrote:No need for a Week 9 GOTW Thread. Just start a Penn State-Ohio State thread. It’s basically the play-in game for the rights to lose to Bama in the NCG.
So two that are fighting for second place behind this one.89Hen wrote:There are three Top 25 matchups.93henfan wrote:No need for a Week 9 GOTW Thread. Just start a Penn State-Ohio State thread. It’s basically the play-in game for the rights to lose to Bama in the NCG.
