I don't see the issue here. Sometimes, NCAA rules are so labyrinthine that it's hard for ANYONE to know if what they're doing is in compliance or not. Sometimes, I think they levy a fine just for the sake of getting free money....
SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.
