Salisbury wins 62-41 shootout against Union. Up against #4 Muhlenberg next in “Elite 8.”

Salisbury is out, losing 24-8 to Muhlenberg. Those Mules have a strong D.

Mary Hardin Baylor out too. Not a long time power but definitely was shaping up as the new king of the hill in D-III . You look at them play and they look like a different level of athleticism for that Division.
But they're out along with Mount Union. The other dominant program, Wisconsin Whitewater, beat them so they're still in.

Can’t answer that question, dal, since Mount Union is D-III.

Ivy is correct.
But to rephrase your question, dal, are the D-III playoffs wide open? I'm not so sure about that. I'm banking on Wisconsin-Whitewater or Mary-Hardin Baylor, the other two usual suspects....

Wisconsin Whitewater is the only remaining usual suspect.

Thanks again I thought with Mount Union being eliminated anyone could win.

North Central vs. UWW in D-III. I do hope an Illinois team wins now...
And... UWF vs. Mankato State in D-II. Are the Argonauts the Kennesaw State equivalent in D-II?

Holy CRAP North Central is dominant. That's weird. All of a sudden a program I'd never heard of has this overwhelmingly dominant team.
I mean, they don't look real athletic like Mary Hardin Baylor does at the D-III level. But they are a machine execution wise.

I looked it up. Naperville, IL, which is in northeastern Illinois, not north central.
Its sort of north central US.

When they changed the name in 1864 it was probably more north central US than it is now.
