I'm not so sure. I'll admit I don't follow FBS football very closely, but it seems more new FBS head coaches come from FBS assistants than FCS head coaches each year.

I like how the went with bigger sets (multiple TEs) to get their mismatches on the offensive side. Clever method to counter talent discrepancy they face (or at least used to face). B12 is an interesting conference on the football side of things.
