Still the best. The AGS Poll nailed all 14 at-large teams. We nailed the 9-16 seeds exactly. The top 8 seeds were only 5 total seed lines off (NDSU and SDSU flipped - had Idaho 2 spots too high and Mercer one spot too low).
Great work voters!
EDIT: And had the same first 4 teams out as well!

Re: 2024 FCS Polls
The AGS poll is the best top-25 poll (because I vote in it, of course ), but I'm not sure mirroring the committee's choices prove that in any way. I mean, the committee makes a lot of mistakes (IMO), so nailing their picks isn't exactly a ringing endorsement of the poll. The goal should be to influence the committee and/or FCS fans, not to guess what the committee will do.kalm wrote: ↑Mon Nov 25, 2024 7:47 am

No doubt. I apologize for not saying that instead.Mvemjsunpx wrote: ↑Mon Nov 25, 2024 7:54 amThe AGS poll is the best top-25 poll (because I vote in it, of course ), but I'm not sure mirroring the committee's choices prove that in any way. And having seen your polls, you seem to rank based on which teams are, you know, actually better.
This is why SoS and head to head weigh heavily for me. It’s why I had Idaho ranked above ICW and Mercer. Or why EWU should have been seeded and hosted the Griz in the 2021 playoffs.
