Re: THIS VIDEO IS THE ONE!
Attitude is important. When an FCS knocks off an FBS team, it is a team who goes in and is not intimidated. You have to see yourselves as equals, no matter what the fans or the press says. There are only a handful of these "upsets" every year. They almost always come from ranked FCS teams. Good luck with your game.

After all that drama, you might get a chuckle from the WGN ad for the Northwestern-SIU game.

Interesting- I thought about going to SIU- My recruiter from Howard U. left for a job there- then tried to get me to come there, I passed. Thing is with cable in SW Louisiana- it's hard to see much FCS from other regions- Sadthing is Grambling and Southern U. depend on the Bayou classic for funds. McNeese has potential. Northwestern's rebuilding. From what I saw- Wofford's running game has big promise. ?Sparky Woods at VMI?

Yet another American trying to be "hip" by using Spanish he doesn't understand. I get SO sick of bogus anglicizing, and this one takes the cake. It's even worse than the usual.
This one is usually misrepresented as "mano y mano," which literally translates as "hand AND hand," which make absolutely NO sense.
The correct phrase is "mano a mano," or "hand TO hand."
I can't believe that even a former French minor can beat an MD at something. Wow.
But, back to the main point: you're right about one thing: Appy has the better offense, and that will be enough to win. Appy will prove that they are the TRUE national champions.
SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

That these rules shall be as equal as prudential considerations will admit, will certainly be the aim of our legislatures, general and particular." --Thomas Jefferson, letter to Hugh White, 1801
