UMASS is getting a good one. Spencer is a fine DB but with the depth, eligibility and quality of Penn State's d-backs, it was unlikely that he would ever get a starting spot at Penn State. UMASS seems to be an excellent choice for him.

As the article says, our LB corps is strong, but he could fit in nicely in the backfield...
