Perhaps 15-20 years is too small of a sample. If I flip a coin 20 times I might get heads 12 times, it doesn't mean the coin favors heads.

The CAA hasn't been around 15-20 years. Do you want me to go back to the old Yankee Conference? I think we played complete round robin back then.
