I find it hard to believe that someone is complaining about UR moving out of City Stadium. I'm guessing that person's level of donation to UD will not be high enough to get tickets to the UR game

Yes, the facility is smaller but for those who haven't seen it in person (granted I'm biased) but it is a pretty darn nice stadium - the pictures haven't really done it justice. And for those who don't know, our campus is pretty nice too - you'll enjoy being able to spend a day tailgating on it. I get the feeling from seeing both up close that the size of the facility is very similar to what is at Elon (but with a smaller capacity) and a more even distribution between sides.
And yes, the track is not ideal - but this place was built as a multipurpose facility and that was the plan since day 1. And really, the track puts people about 10 feet further back than with no track - big freakin deal. At least they were smart enough to place the stands high enough (at least 8 feet) to be able to see over the players.
